4v4 healing help
So, i decided to try my hand in LA pvp last night for the first time as a healer. i got into some good groups, and some not so good. 1 in particular ticked me off. We started the fight, and no one called targets, their 2 warriors came right at me (no surprise) so i defend myself as best I can while healing the rest of my party (all off attacking different targets) and keep us alive for a good 8-9 minutes. well i inevitably die, and the excuse for losing was "bad monk" so i asked what i did wrong and he said to "heal me". my question is, how the hell am i supposed to keep myself, and everyone else alive at the same time? especially when i have 2 W's agro'ing me and the other 3 party members spread out outside my casting range? I know im no uber l337 healer or anything, but come on, cut a noob some slack! I cant remember off the top of my head what my attribute points set up is but my skill set is
Healing Breeze Heal Other Mark of Protection Heal party Dwaynas kiss orison of healing rez sig i sometimes switch out mark of protection for energy drain, and i have most Monk skills unlocked, can anyone give me insight on what i should run? again, im not a HUGE pvp person, but i want to have some fun in the 4v4's. thanks |

Moved to Campfire. Also, you should just do a search for monk builds since a ton of them have already been thrown out.
Check out the monk basics thread in the campfire. From the sound of your post it seems as though your teammates were more "noob" than you so I wouldn't worry about it.

.
As a monk, be prepared to get cussed at if your team loses and praised if your team wins, no matter how good or bad you actually do your job.
